Description
We source our Nicaragua medium roast coffee from the best farms at approximately 1,300 meters above sea level. Nicaragua is known as the land of ‘los lagos y los volcanes’ (lakes and volcanos) and has many coffee growing ‘pockets’ that few have heard of or experienced. At our family farms, coffee trees are shaded by native trees that keep the environment cooler, promoting slow, dense cherry growth. The result is a creamy and cocoa taste with a pleasant sweetness and citrus acidity in our Nicaragua medium roast coffee.
